Annual Servicing

It is highly recommended that your air conditioning/gas heating system is serviced at least annually in order to maintain its optimum efficiency. This annual service also ensures that your warranty continues to be valid for the full warranty period, and will potentially reduce your heating and cooling costs.

Our service rates start from $153.45 (GST inc) + materials + parts if required.

This is based on a minimum charge of 45 minutes labour at $99 + GST per hour, and a call out of $90 + GST. A basic wall mounted split system can be serviced in 45 minutes if no repairs are required.

The average ducted system service ranges from between $215 and $265 (GST inc), with multi-split systems from $100 per indoor unit.

Our annual service is done to the Manufacturer's specifications. This includes...

• Inspection of unit(s) for corrosion.
• Check and tighten of all Electrical System components.
• Check, tighten and monitor the Refrigeration System.
• Check condition of the Outdoor Unit Coil.
• Perform operational test- cool, heat and de-ice modes.
• Check and test all condensate drains.
• Inspection of duct-work and minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspection and cleaning of Return Air Grills and Filter.
• Inspection and operational test of wall controls.

Filter Cleaning

The filters in your air conditioning unit should be cleaned monthly, as a minimum. If the filters are dirty at this interval, increase cleaning frequency. Blocked filters will affect the efficiency of the system and may cause irreversible damage to your air conditioner.
